2.Check In / Check Out

For Airbnb or Accomodation, Government-issued ID or Passport and the payment proof must be presented.

• Check in: from 4:00 PM East Africa Time
• Check out: by 11:00 AM East Africa Time
• For DAY Events, Government-issued ID or Passport and the payment proof must be presented.
  
• Check in : from 8:00 AM East Africa Time
• Check out: by 8:00 PM East Africa Time

3. Refund policy

1. Cancellations made at least 3 days prior to check-in: 15% cancellation fee, 85% refunded.
2. Cancellations made within 3 days of check-in: 50% refund

5. Guest Conduct & Liability

• Guests must abide by Stay & Farm rules and avoid actions causing nuisance, damage, or violation of laws. Stay & Farm reserves the right to refuse service or terminate the agreement if guest behaviour breaches these conditions

6.Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, updated versions will be posted on our site with an effective date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms
